Well, I think I might survive posting twice a week! I wasn't sure about posting today, but I'm not as tired as I thought I would be and not as tired of looking at a computer screen that I thought I'd be either!

Things are going well with school. The course I did yesterday and today, was review with some new multimedia stuff included and today I started another course, which is kind of boring and a review as well..can't wait to get into the "meat" of the program. On a good note, I did get a few exemptions for my past experience, so am taking a couple of electives from another program they offer!

Looking forward to having Friday off this week! Putting in extra hours, so I can have a longer, long weekend! :-)

More Cute Ponies!

Here are some cute pictures of a couple of ponies from the farm where Keturah drags me every Saturday morning. It's not usually too bad, except if I'm overly tired, then I don't want to get up! These ponies are named Missy and Misty and don't seem to like each other, because in the first picture, Missy has her ear's back----that's usually a sign! Second picture is that of Misty by herself and the third is of Missy by herself with her tongue sticking out..I think I just fed her some yummy carrots, so she was just licking her lips! I usually have to kneel on the ground to shoot these little guys as they are fairly short!

Well, this will be my last post for awhile as we are heading out this week to NB. I doubt I'll be able to post while on the island, due to lack of internet connection at the cottage, but you never know!

Pictures of Percy the Pony!

Can you say that 5 times fast? Here are some shots of a cute little pony from the farm where Keturah rides (Wolfden). He's a friendly little guy and loves to have treats and I usually give him some too! He's stubborn when he's in class though and gives everyone who rides him a challenge, but once he gets going, he can fly over those jumps like a stallion!

I'm 2 weeks into Part II of my photoshop elements course and it's going well...There's so much to remember that sometimes I think my head will explode...Oh well, I have the lessons to fall back on if I'm in need of a certain feature. We've been playing around with the filters lately and they are just too cool!!

Keturah and Arwen

I have finally picked a template for my blog that I'm going to keep for awhile. I did some minor updating to it...Unfortunately, did not save my last layout, so not sure if I am missing some information or not....Let me know if you see any problems or I'm missing vital information!

Here are some shots of Keturah and the cute pony she's been riding the last couple of weeks, named Arwen. She can be stubborn, but she made her go over the jumps eventually!

On another "horse" note, Keturah and I will be going to the Royal Winter Fair in Toronto on Friday. We are also going to the Horse Show that evening too, so that should be fun...Unfortunately, I can't take pictures there, but I'll let you know how it goes!

Here are some shots of Keturah and her cute little steed, Nikki. These were shot last week. Keturah rode Arwin this week and I didn't get any good pics of them together because it was raining and they rode in the new barn, which means dark pictures!
