Bunnies for Andrew...

A couple of weeks ago, my nephew, Andrew (aged 4) came to visit and I was showing him the animals on my blog and he asked if I had any bunny rabbits. I told him that I didn't, but I'd try to get some pictures of the rabbits in my yard and put them on my blog---so, here you go Andrew!

These 3 rabbits were out after supper and were eating weeds in the yard.

A Few Headshots...

Sorry for not posting in a week! Time flies when you're having fun, you know! I've just been busy with life...music lessons, soccer, card class and teaching this past week has tired me out! I'm still trying to get my energy back!!!

Here are some headshots from the farm yesterday, before it started raining on us! Anne and Fred and Liam (from Ottawa) came to watch Keturah ride yesterday, so naturally it had to rain! Oh well, we had fun anyway!

Here are:

I'm off to Toronto Zoo with Keturah's class on Tuesday and Brooke has her Gr 8 Graduation on Wednesday night too! Another busy week!

Chipmunks!

Here are three shots of chipmunks I took last Saturday at Lemoine's Point in Kingston. All of them were eating the seeds we brought for the chickadees. Oddly, we only saw a couple of chickadees this time and they weren't even hungry...We didn't see any snakes either, which was a good thing in my opinion!

More Babies!

Here are some shots of the baby ducks..well, they seem more like toddlers to me! There were 10 of them in this family. The last shot shows the whole family!

Fishing Fun!!

Last night, we headed down to the River and noticed the Heron in his usual spot. We got on the other side of him, so I got better light for some shots and got the best shots of him ever. Here are some of him fishing...He managed to get about 8 fish while we were watching. Enjoy these "fishing" shots!

We also saw some baby ducks, although they weren't small, small babies. So, mom must have kept them hidden for quite a few weeks as this is our first viewing of them. I will post those soon too.
